John Friedl John Friedl holds a joint appointment as Professor in the Department of Political Science, Public Administration and Nonprofit Management, and in the Department of Accounting and Finance, at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He received a Ph.D. in anthropology from The University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School.
