Jeffrey Herf Jeffrey Herf teaches Modern European history at the University of Maryland in College Park. His most recent book is The Jewish Enemy: Nazi Propaganda During World War II and the Holocaust (Harvard University Press, 2006). His history of Nazi propaganda aimed at Arabs and Muslims in the Middle East during World War II is forthcoming with Yale University Press in fall 2009. He was one of the authors of “American Liberalism and the Euston Manifesto.”
